Trampolene (band)
Trampolene are a Welsh alternative rock band from Swansea. They are Jack Jones (Welsh musician), Jack Jones (vocals, guitar, spoken word), Wayne Thomas (bass, vocals) and Kyle "Mr" Williams (drums, vocals). Trampolene's latest studio album ''Rules of Love & War'' was released on 17 March 2023 by Strap Originals and entered the UK Official Album Breakers Chart at number one, number 5 in the Official Independent Chart and number 10 in the Official Vinyl Chart. On 24 March 2023, they performed live on BBC Radio 4 programme ''Loose Ends''. The band toured the UK as part of Independent Venue Week in January/February 2023, and a bigger headline tour in April, culminating in a sold out show at the iconic 100 Club in London. Swansea
Swansea (; cy, Abertawe ) is a coastal city and the second-largest city of Wales. It forms a principal area, officially known as the City and County of Swansea ( cy, links=no, Dinas a Sir Abertawe). Peter Paphides
Peter Paphides (born 1969 as Panayiotakis Paphides or Panayiotis Paphides) is a British journalist and broadcaster. Early life Paphides was born in Birmingham to a Greek Cypriot father, Chris, and a Greek mother, Victoria. He has an elder brother, Aki. His father ran the 'Great Western' fish bar in Acocks Green, and the family lived upstairs. In 1979, the family moved to the suburb of Olton, where his father ran the 'King Fisher' (now 'George's Fish Bar'). The name Panayiotakis was shortened to "Takis", before he decided he preferred to be called Peter. As a child, he had a lisp, and when he was three years old he developed selective mutism, wherein he would speak to no-one except his parents and brother. 1965 Records is a London-based subsidiary record label of SonyBMG. Formed in 2006 in British music, 2006, the label was founded by James Endeacott (formerly of Rough Trade Records), who first signed The Libertines. Leonard Norman Cohen (September 21, 1934November 7, 2016) was a Canadian singer-songwriter, poet and novelist. Huw Stephens
Huw Meredydd Stephens (born 25 May 1981) is a Welsh radio and television presenter, currently broadcasting on BBC Radio Wales, BBC Radio Cymru and BBC Radio 6 Music. Stephens founded the Sŵn music festival with John Rostron and the yearly showcase Welsh Language Music Day. Stephens produced the 2018 documentary film ''Anorac'' about the Welsh language music scene. Hoxton
Hoxton is an area in the London Borough of Hackney, England. As a part of Shoreditch, it is often considered to be part of the East End – the historic core of wider East London. It was historically in the county of Middlesex until 1889.
