''Top Chef Masters'' is an American reality competition series that aired on the cable television network Bravo, and premiered June 10, 2009. It is a spinoff of Bravo's hit show ''Top Chef''. Michael Chiarello
Michael Chiarello (born January 26, 1962) is an American celebrity chef specializing in Italian-influenced California cuisine. He hosts the cooking show ''Easy Entertaining with Michael Chiarello'' on Food Network and hosts ''NapaStyle'' on Fine Living Network. Chiarello owns a winery called Chiarello Family Vineyards, located in Yountville, CA. He is also the owner of Coqueta, which has two locations: one in Napa Valley, California, and one in San Francisco, California. The fifth season of ''Top Chef Masters'' was announced on May 16, 2013. Gail Simmons appeared as the new head critic for the competition. Francis Lam is an American food journalist, cookbook editor, and since 2017 the host of American Public Media's ''The Splendid Table''. Early life and education Lam was born to Chinese immigrant parents living in New Jersey and working in Manhattan's Chinatown, where they operated a small garment factory. Floyd Cardoz
Floyd Cardoz (October 2, 1960 – March 25, 2020) was an Indian-born American chef. He was born in Mumbai. Susur Lee
Susur Lee (; born December 1958) is a Canadian celebrity chef based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Culinary career Susur was born in Hong Kong, the youngest of six children. He served his culinary apprenticeship at Hong Kong's renowned Peninsula Hotel. He immigrated to Canada in 1978 and met and married his first wife, Marilou Covey, the same year. In 1983, Susur and Marilou had decided to move to Hong Kong, but Marilou died as a passenger aboard Korean Air Lines Flight 007 that was destroyed by a Soviet jet fighter. Rick Moonen is an American seafood chef and an early adopter of sustainable fishing practices. He is known as the "Godfather of Sustainability".
