Tomas Francis
Tomas Francis (born 27 April 1992) is a Wales-international rugby union player who plays at tight head Prop (rugby union), prop for Ospreys (rugby union), Ospreys. Club career Francis signed his first professional contract with Doncaster Knights in February 2012 at the age of 19, he was playing for amateur club Malton and Norton RUFC when he signed for the Knights, where he had been playing from the age of 4. Francis signed with London Scottish F.C., London Scottish in 2013 after Doncaster were relegated to National League 1, he made 23 appearances in one season for Scottish before being signed by English Premiership (rugby union), Aviva Premiership side Exeter Chiefs for the 2014–15 English Premiership (rugby union), 2014–15 season. He was a replacement as Exeter Chiefs defeated Wasps RFC, Wasps to be crowned champions of the 2016–17 Premiership Rugby, 2016-17 English Premiership. Abercraf
Abercraf ( en, Abercrave) is a village within the historic boundaries of the county of Brecknockshire, Wales, administered as part of the unitary authority of Powys, and in the community of Ystradgynlais. Between 1965 and 1991, the village was the location of a Royal Observer Corps monitoring bunker, to be used in the event of a nuclear attack. It remains mostly intact. 2017 British & Irish Lions Tour To New Zealand
The British & Irish Lions toured New Zealand during June and July 2017. The Lions, a rugby union team selected from players eligible to represent England, Ireland, Scotland or Wales, played ten matches: against all five New Zealand Super Rugby franchises, the NZ Provincial Barbarians, the Māori All Blacks and three test matches against New Zealand. The test series was drawn 1–1 – one victory each and a draw in the third match. Of the other tour matches, the Lions won four, lost two and drew one. Wales coach Warren Gatland was head coach of the Lions, having also led the Lions to victory in the 2013 series against Australia.
