Tokio Hotel
Tokio Hotel is a German pop rock band, founded in 2001 by singer Bill Kaulitz, guitarist Tom Kaulitz, drummer Gustav Schäfer, and bassist Georg Listing. Their sound encompasses multiple genres, including pop rock, alternative rock, and electropop, electronic rock. They have had four number one singles and have released three number one albums in their native country. The band has sold more than 10 million records worldwide. ''2001'' is the seventh studio album by German band Tokio Hotel. It was released on November 18, 2022, worldwide. The album's name, the cover and the tracklist were revealed through YouTube Premium live on July 19, 2022. ''2001'' is the band's first studio album in nearly five years, following '' Dream Machine'' (2017), marking the longest gap between two Tokio Hotel studio albums. ''Schrei'' ("Scream") is the debut studio album by German rock band Tokio Hotel. In 2006 they released a partly re-recorded and expanded version, ''Schrei - so laut du kannst'' ("Scream - as loud as you can"). The album was only released in Germany, Italy, France, Canada, and Japan. The initial limited edition came with a bonus DVD including the music video for "Durch den Monsun", a special "making of 'Durch den Monsun'" feature, an interview, and a photo gallery. Because vocalist Bill Kaulitz's voice changed with puberty, the band re-recorded the songs "Schrei", " Rette mich", and " Der Letzte Tag".
