Tobias Wilner
Tobias Wilner is a Danish composer, musician, record producer, photographer and film director. He's best known as bandleader and lead vocalist from the band Blue Foundation and his film score for the Danish financial crime thriller Follow The Money. He is a member and producer of the bands Blue Foundation, Tachys, Ghost Society, Bichi and New York United. He has performed and recorded with Mark Kozelek, Erika Spring ( Au Revoir Simone), Jonas Bjerre, Daniel Carter, Federico Ughi, DJ Krush, Mew, Sara Savery, Sonya Kitchell, Findlay Brown, Apparatjik, and others. His music has been featured in films like Twilight, Miami Vice and on TV shows like CSI: Miami and The Vampire Diaries. He works as a film composer, record producer, songwriter and performing artist. Dream Pop
Dream pop (also typeset as dreampop) is a subgenre of alternative rock and neo-psychedelia that emphasizes atmosphere and sonic texture as much as pop melody. Common characteristics include breathy vocals, dense productions, and effects such as reverb, echo, tremolo, and chorus. It often overlaps with the related genre of shoegaze, and the two genre terms have at times been used interchangeably. The genre came into prominence in the 1980s through the work of groups such as Cocteau Twins and A.R. Kane. Subsequently, acts such as My Bloody Valentine, Slowdive, Galaxie 500, Julee Cruise, Lush, and Mazzy Star released significant albums in the style. Findlay Brown is a Yorkshire-born, Brooklyn-based singer-songwriter and producer. His music is melodic, gentle and intimate, drawing on influences from the rural settings where he grew up. His songs are metaphoric, often using nature's imagery to illustrate the inner conflict in the search for a more truthful way of living. Anders Trentemøller (; born 16 October 1972) is a Danish indie/electronic music composer, producer and multi-instrumentalist based in Copenhagen, Denmark. History Trentemøller started music in the late 1990s with different indie rock projects. In 2006, following a line of more electronic-orientated 12-inch EPs, Trentemøller released his debut album, '' The Last Resort''. Frengers
''Frengers'', alternatively titled as ''Frengers: Not Quite Friends, But Not Quite Strangers'', is the third album by Danish band Mew, originally released on 7 April 2003. The title is a portmanteau of the words "friend" and "stranger". A frenger is a person who is "not quite a friend but not quite a stranger" according to the album's accompanying booklet. Six of the album's ten tracks were previously included on Mew's first two albums ''A Triumph for Man'' and ''Half the World Is Watching Me'', both of which saw only limited release until they were subsequently rereleased internationally, but were rerecorded for ''Frengers''.
