Reed Timmer (born March 17, 1980) is an American meteorologist and storm chasing, storm chaser. He is known for starring in the Discovery Channel reality television series ''Storm Chasers (TV series), Storm Chasers'', as well as in the documentary film ''Tornado Glory'' and in the series ''Tornado Chasers (web series), Tornado Chasers''. He also worked with Mike Theiss in the reality television series ''Storms Rising'' on Disney+. Early life Timmer became interested in the weather at a young age, after experiencing a severe thunderstorm that reportedly dropped golfball-sized hail in his yard. Later on, Timmer participated in the Science Olympiad competition in middle school and high school. Maria Aaltje ("Marianne") Timmer (born 3 October 1974) is a Dutch former speed skater specializing in the middle distances (1000 and 1500 m). At the 1998 Winter Olympics Timmer won a gold medal in both these events. Speed skating career In 1999 she won the 1000 m in the World Single Distance Championships and in 2004 became world champion in the sprint. In 2006, she won the 1000 m at the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin. This made her the first skater from the Netherlands to win a gold medal at two different Winter Games. Timmer broke through at the Junior World Championship in 1994, winning bronze. She began to specialize in the shorter distances. Hendrik Timmer (born 3 December 1971) is a Dutch former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. Club career Timmer was born in Hierden, Harderwijk, Gelderland. He spent his first 11 senior seasons in the second division, with FC Zwolle – named PEC in his first year. In 2000, he moved to AZ Alkmaar, making his Eredivisie debut at almost 29 and also serving unassuming loans at Feyenoord and AFC Ajax. He was part of the Feyenoord squad that won the 2001–02 UEFA Cup, and was an unused substitute in the final. In 2003 Timmer returned to AZ for three more solid seasons, being essential as the club finished runner-up in the 2006 league and the following year's domestic cup. Hendrik Timmer (tennis)
Hendrik ("Henk") Timmer (; 8 February 1904 – 13 November 1998) was a Dutch sportsman, who primarily played tennis. Born in Utrecht, Timmer also won golf tournaments, became Dutch squash champion, played badminton and hockey. He died aged 94 in Bilthoven, four days before his former doubles partner Kea Bouman. Apart from being a Dutch tennis champion, he was Swiss, Welsh and Scottish indoors champion as well. Tennis career He began his tennis career at the age of 19 when he won his first Dutch national championships. Henry Timmer is a retired professional goalkeeper from the Netherlands. Career Timmer was born in the Dutch town of Hoevelaken in 1981. Timmer began his professional career in 2002 with NEC Nijmegen and retired with NSC Nijkerk after the 2014 season. Ann A. Scott Timmer (born September 12, 1960) is a justice of the Arizona Supreme Court currently serving as Vice Chief Justice. Education Timmer attended the University of Arizona and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1982. Timmer graduated from Arizona State University College of Law in 1985. Ron Timmers (born 11 August 1973) is a Dutch former footballer and current manager who is the head coach of IFC. He is a resident of Heer Oudelands Ambacht, Zwijndrecht. Football career Timmers played professionally in FC Dordrecht and Sparta Rotterdam.
