"Time Capsule" is the third episode of the Parks and Recreation (season 3), third season of the American comedy television series ''Parks and Recreation'', and the 33rd overall episode of the series. It originally aired on NBC in the United States on February 3, 2011. In the episode, Leslie Knope, Leslie tries to encourage civic pride through a time capsule, but it descends into chaos as Pawnee citizens argue over what to include. Meanwhile, Chris Traeger, Chris tries to help Andy Dwyer, Andy win back April Ludgate, April. Written and directed by series co-creator and executive producer Michael Schur, "Time Capsule" was one of six episodes filmed early after Parks and Recreation (season 2), second season to accommodate Amy Poehler's pregnancy. The second season of ''Parks and Recreation'' originally aired in the United States on the NBC television network starting September 17, 2009, and ended on May 20, 2010.
