Tim Raue
Tim Raue (born 31 March 1974) is a German chef. He is currently head chef at ''Tim Raue'', a Michelin two-star restaurant in Berlin. Biography Tim Raue grew up in modest circumstances in the Kreuzberg Wrangel neighbourhood in West Berlin. He met his first wife Marie-Anne during the second year of his apprenticeship in the ''Chalet Suisse'' restaurant in the Grunewald district. This was followed by positions in ''First Floor'' and, at just 23 years of age, as chef de cuisine in ''Rosenbaum'' (which no longer exists) in the corner house on the Oderberger Straße and, subsequently, again chef de cuisine in the ''Kaiserstuben''. In 1998, he was nominated ''Newcomer of the Year'' (Der Feinschmecker). In 2002, he moved to Restaurant ''44'' in the Berlin Swissôtel, with his wife as restaurant manager. Gault Millau
Gault et Millau is a French restaurant guide. It was founded by two restaurant critics, Henri Gault and Christian Millau in 1965. Points system Gault Millau rates on a scale of 1 to 20, with 20 being the highest. Restaurants given below 10 points are rarely listed. The points are awarded based on the quality of the food, with comments about service, price or the atmosphere of the restaurant given separately. Based on this rating, high-ranking restaurants may display one to four toques. Gault Millau does not accept payment for listing restaurants. Kreuzberg () is a district of Berlin, Germany. It is part of the Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg borough located south of Mitte. Grunewald () is a locality (''Ortsteil'') within the Berlin borough (''Bezirk'') of Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf. Famous for the homonymous forest, until 2001 administrative reform it was part of the former district of Wilmersdorf. The Hotel Adlon Kempinski Berlin is a luxury hotel in Berlin, Germany.
