Tianjin University Of Finance And Economics
The Tianjin University of Finance and Economics (; TUFE) is a public university in Tianjin, China. The university was founded in 1958 and is one of the earliest offering applied economics and business administration in China. History In the early years of TUFE, the school was greatly contributed by faculty of the business school of Nankai University and other professors in north China. This was due to the readjustment of the national education system after the foundation of the PRC. The university is under the municipal government of Tianjin on 1 October 1969. Organization Now there are over 11,000 undergraduate and 1,300 graduate students on campus. There are 117 professors, 226 assistant professors in the university. Hexi District, Tianjin
Hexi District ( is a district in the south-western corner of urban Tianjin, People's Republic of China. It is bordered by Heping District in the north-west, Hedong District to the north-east and Nankai District to the west. As of 2020, the district has a total population of 822,174. History During the Northern Song dynasty, this area was on the border with Jin, and belonged to the Hechi county. In 1110 it was transferred into Jinghai county, before got merged into Qianning county 3 years later. Following the Jingkang incident, Qianning county was ceded to Jin dynasty, who reinstated Jinghai county. The region remained under the same administrative division through Yuan and Ming dynasty. Nankai University
Nankai University (NKU or Nankai; ) is a national public research university located in Tianjin, China. It is a prestigious Chinese state Class A Double First Class University approved by the central government of China, and a member of the former project 985 and project 211 group of universities. It was founded in 1919, by educators Yan Xiu and Zhang Boling. Tsin Ku University (, ), was a Jesuit Catholic university established by the French Jesuits in Tianjin, China. It was the second Catholic university in China and one of the earliest universities in modern China to offer architectural education.
