ThinkPad T30
The IBM ThinkPad T30 is a laptop computer manufactured by IBM. Hardware This model was equipped with mobile implementation of Pentium 4 CPU, and high power consumption of Intel chip was a reasonable point for designing this model as the heaviest and most bulky T series ThinkPad of IBM era. ThinkPad T30 was the last classic ThinkPad with a battery with bottom placement, was the first 14.1" ThinkPad with screen option and first T series ThinkPad with touchpad option. The new platform with Intel processor also include the new Intel 845MP Chipset, and ATI Mobility Radeon 7500 video controller with 16 MB graphics memory, and up to 1 GB PC2100 RAM (maximum according to IBM manual, but it has been reported to accept 2 GB of RAM) with 256 MB as standard memory. ThinkPad UltraBay
UltraBay is originally IBM's name for the swappable drive bay in the ThinkPad range of laptop computers. When the ThinkPad product line was sold to Lenovo, the concept and the name stayed. NetBurst
The NetBurst microarchitecture, called P68 inside Intel, was the successor to the P6 microarchitecture in the x86 family of central processing units (CPUs) made by Intel. The first CPU to use this architecture was the Willamette-core Pentium 4, released on November 20, 2000 and the first of the Pentium 4 CPUs; all subsequent Pentium 4 and Pentium D variants have also been based on NetBurst.
