The Razors Edge World Tour
The Razors Edge World Tour was a concert tour played by the hard rock band AC/DC, in support of their twelfth studio album '' The Razors Edge''. This tour had 5 legs around the world lasting 12 months starting on 2 November 1990 in Worcester, Massachusetts, finishing on 16 November 1991 in Auckland, New Zealand. Background It was the only tour to feature drummer Chris Slade until the Rock or Bust World Tour. Williams, who was struck with a kidney infection was filled in by Paul Greg on bass for several concerts on the first North American leg. During the tour, the hugely successful '' Live at Donington'' show was performed. A video of the show has been released on VHS, then on DVD and Blu-ray. By the end of the tour, the band had grossed over 17 million dollars. AC/DC
AC/DC (stylised as ACϟDC) are an Australian Rock music, rock band formed in Sydney in 1973 by Scottish-born brothers Malcolm Young, Malcolm and Angus Young. Their music has been variously described as hard rock, blues rock, and Heavy metal music, heavy metal, but the band calls it simply "rock and roll". AC/DC underwent several line-up changes before releasing their first album, 1975's ''High Voltage (1975 album), High Voltage''. Love/Hate is an American hard rock/glam metal band based in Los Angeles. History 1985–1988: Unsigned Love/Hate was formed in 1985, when Jizzy Pearl (real name Jim Wilkinson) joined Jon E. Love, Skid Rose, and Joey Gold, in a 1980s influenced electronica band called Dataclan, after their previous lead singer walked out while playing in Japan. They lived together in a Los Angeles warehouse called SoulHouse, and in the first year put out a four track EP and played a short and not very well received tour of Mexico. At this time the band had a 'glam' look, wearing make up. In 1986, the band renamed themselves as Love/Hate, from a song they played at the time called Love and Hate. They also changed their look and style to a more gothic image, having been influenced by the release of the album ''Love'' by The Cult. "Who Made Who" is a song and a single by the Australian hard rock band AC/DC, taken from their 1986 album, ''Who Made Who''. The 12-inch single format of the single features an extended mix of the song and can be found in the Deluxe Edition of AC/DC's '' Backtracks Boxset'', on Disc 1, Studio Rarities. It was one of only three new tracks on ''Who Made Who'', because the album is not only a soundtrack to Stephen King's ''Maximum Overdrive'', but a compilation album featuring tracks from previous albums. The other two new tracks were instrumentals. "Who Made Who" peaked at #23 on the ''Billboard'' Mainstream Rock Chart on 19 July 1986, and stayed on the chart for 12 weeks. "Heatseeker" is a song by Australian hard rock band AC/DC. The song appeared on their 1988 album ''Blow Up Your Video'' as the first track. The song was later on ''Live''. The song was also released as a single in various formats, with "Go Zone" as the main B-side. "Shoot to Thrill" is a song by Australian hard rock band AC/DC. It is the second track on the 1980 album ''Back in Black''. Tesla is an American rock band from Sacramento, California. In late 1981, bassist Brian Wheat and guitarist Frank Hannon formed a band named City Kidd, which evolved into Tesla. Patrick Rondat (born 12 October 1960) is a French guitarist. He plays instrumental heavy metal associated with diverse influences such as new-age music, progressive metal, classical music and jazz. He has collaborated on various projects with Jean Michel Jarre and has taken part in some of his shows. Biography Patrick Rondat started playing guitar in 1978, at the age of 17, after being inspired by listening to a recording of Ronnie Montrose in a record shop. Negazione was a hardcore punk band based in Turin, Italy during the 1980s and early 1990s. Formed in 1983, they were one of the most important bands of the hardcore punk scene in Italy at the time.
