''The Kickback'' is the only studio album by American hip hop group Cali Swag District. Originally to be released under Capitol Records, the album experienced numerous delays. With Capitol Records' parent company, EMI, facing an uncertain future, CSD requested to be released from the Capitol contract. The group eventually signed with Sphinx Music Entertainment/319 Music Group and ''The Kickback'' was distributed by Sony/RED on July 12, 2011. Cali Swag District was an American hip hop group from Inglewood, California, founded by former Death Row Records artist Big Wy and Dairold Potts. They are best known for their 2010 commercial debut single "Teach Me How to Dougie", which peaked at number 28 on the US ''Billboard'' Hot 100 chart and was certified double platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). Jodeci ( ) is an American Contemporary R&B, R&B quartet consisting of members DeVanté Swing, Dalvin DeGrate, Mr. Dalvin, K-Ci (singer), K-Ci, and K-Ci and JoJo, JoJo. Formed in 1989 in Charlotte, North Carolina, Jodeci's members began their musical careers as two duos of brothers and, after years of limited success, joined forces. For each product, the scores from each review are averaged (a weighted arithmetic mean, weighted average). Metacritic was created by Jason Dietz, Marc Doyle, and Julie Doyle Roberts in 1999.
