Urbano music ( es, música urbana) or Latin urban is a transnational umbrella category including many different genres and styles. ''Sin Vergüenza'' (''Unashamed'' in English) is the first album entirely in Spanish by 116 Clique, produced and distributed by Reach Records, in association with No Apologies Music, the label of Puerto Rican producer Cardec Drums. It was announced to be released at the end of October 2020, and was promoted with two singles: "Donde están (Watcho6)" ("Where are they (Watcho6)" in English), between Reach artists and other Latin rappers, and "La Fiesta" ("The Party" in English) by Lecrae and Funky. Trap Music
Trap is a subgenre of hip hop music that originated in the Southern United States during the 1990s. The genre gets its name from the Atlanta slang word "trap", a house used exclusively to sell drugs. Trap music uses synthesized drums and is characterized by complex hi-hat patterns, tuned kick drums with a long decay (originally from the Roland TR-808 drum machine), and lyrical content that often focuses on drug use and urban violence. It utilizes very few instruments and focuses almost exclusively on snare drums and double- or triple-timed hi-hats. Chopped and screwed (also called screwed and chopped or slowed and throwed) is a music genre and technique of remixing music that involves slowing down the tempo and deejaying. It developed in the Houston hip hop scene in the early 1990s by DJ Screw. The screwed technique involves slowing the tempo of a song down to 60 and 70 quarter-note beats per minute and applying techniques such as skipping beats, record scratching, stop-time and affecting portions of the original composition to create a "chopped-up" version of the song.
