Tetyana Antypenko
Tetyana Antypenko (née Zavalij, born September 24, 1981) is a Ukrainian cross country skier who has competed since 2000. She participated at 2006, 2010, 2014 Winter Olympics. Career Tetiana Zavaliy was born in a small town Uhroidy, Sumy Oblast, where she took up skiing in the third form of elementary schools, since it was the only one sport section in the town. At the FIS Cross-Country World Cup she debuted on February 14, 2004. Later she qualified for 2006 Winter Olympics. Her best personal result was 27th in 10 km classical race. She competed at 2005 World Championships which was for her the only one in the career until 2013. On February 26, 2009, he won a silver medal in women's relay at 2009 Winter Universiade in Harbin, China. Zavaliy competed at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver. Uhroidy
Uhroidy ( uk, Угроїди; russian: Угроеды) is a rural settlement in Sumy Raion, Sumy Oblast, Ukraine. It is located on the banks of the Rybytsia, a tributary of the Psel in the drainage basin of the Dnieper. Uhroidy belongs to Krasnopillia settlement hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. Population: History Until 18 July 2020, Uhroidy belonged to Krasnopillia Raion. The raion was abolished in July 2020 as part of the administrative reform of Ukraine, which reduced the number of raions of Sumy Oblast to five. The area of Krasnopillia Raion was merged into Sumy Raion. Until 26 January 2024, Uhroidy was designated urban-type settlement. On this day, a new law entered into force which abolished this status, and Uhroidy became a rural settlement. Cross-country Skiing At The 2014 Winter Olympics – Women's 4 × 5 Kilometre Relay
The women's 4 × 5 kilometre relay cross-country skiing competition at the 2014 Sochi Olympics took place on 15 February at Laura Biathlon & Ski Complex. Sweden won the event. This became the first gold medal in the women's relay for Sweden since the 1960 Winter Olympics. Finland won the silver medals, and Germany finished third. Gold medals won in this event featured a fragment from the Chelyabinsk meteor, to commemorate the first anniversary of the meteor strike. Results The race was started at 14:00. In November 2017, Yuliya Ivanova was disqualified from the event meaning that the whole Russian team was also disqualified. In September 2018, Marina Piller was disqualified for doping, and all her 2014 Olympic results were annulled, including the result of the Italian relay team. The women's 15 kilometre skiathlon cross-country skiing competition at the 2014 Sochi Olympics took place at 14:00 ( MSK) on 8 February 2014 at Laura Biathlon & Ski Complex. The defending champion was Marit Bjørgen from Norway, who also became the 2014 Olympic champion. The 2010 silver medalist Anna Haag did not participate, and the 2010 bronze medalist, Justyna Kowalczyk, finished sixth. Charlotte Kalla from Sweden became the silver medalist, and Heidi Weng from Norway took bronze. A large group of skiers kept together at the classical part of the course, but in the free skiing part soon a group of five skiers took the lead.
