Uhroidy
Uhroidy ( uk, Угроїди; russian: Угроеды) is a rural settlement in Sumy Raion, Sumy Oblast, Ukraine. It is located on the banks of the Rybytsia, a tributary of the Psel in the drainage basin of the Dnieper. Uhroidy belongs to Krasnopillia settlement hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. Population: History Until 18 July 2020, Uhroidy belonged to Krasnopillia Raion. The raion was abolished in July 2020 as part of the administrative reform of Ukraine, which reduced the number of raions of Sumy Oblast to five. The area of Krasnopillia Raion was merged into Sumy Raion. Until 26 January 2024, Uhroidy was designated urban-type settlement. On this day, a new law entered into force which abolished this status, and Uhroidy became a rural settlement. Hromada
A hromada ( uk, територіальна громада, lit=territorial community, translit=terytorialna hromada) is a basic unit of administrative division in Ukraine, similar to a municipality. It was established by the Government of Ukraine on 12 June 2020. Similar terms exist in Poland (''gromada'') and in Belarus (''hramada''). Krasnopillia, Sumy Oblast
Krasnopillia ( uk, Краснопілля) is an urban-type settlement in Sumy Oblast (province), located in the historic region of the Sloboda Ukraine. It was formerly the administrative seat of Krasnopillia Raion, but is now within Sumy Raion. Sumy Oblast

A drainage basin is an area of land where all flowing surface water converges to a single point, such as a river mouth, or flows into another body of water, such as a lake or ocean.
