Terry Allen (basketball)
Terry Du'Aun Allen (born December 29, 1993) is an American professional basketball player for Treviso Basket of the Lega Basket Serie A. He played college basketball for the University of Richmond before playing professionally in Hungary, France and Israel. Standing at , he plays at the power forward and small forward positions. Early life and college career Allen attended Manvel High School in Manvel, Texas. He played college basketball for the University of Richmond's Spiders. In his senior year at Richmond, Allen averaged 17.1 points, 7.6 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 1.6 steals per game. On March 8, 2016, Allen was named 2016 All-Atlantic 10 Third Team. The power forward (PF), also known as the four or strong forward, is a position in basketball. Power forwards play a role similar to centers. When on offense, they typically play with their backs towards the basket. When on defense, they typically position themselves under the basket in a zone defense or against the opposing power forward in man-to-man defense. The Atlantic 10 Conference (A-10) is a collegiate athletic conference whose schools compete in the National Collegiate Athletic Association's (NCAA) Division I. The A-10's member schools are located in states mostly on the United States Eastern Seaboard, as well as some in the Midwest: Massachusetts, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Virginia, Ohio, Illinois, and Missouri as well as in the District of Columbia. The LNB Pro A, currently known for sponsorship reasons as Betclic Élite, is the top-tier men's professional basketball league in France. The competition has existed since 1921. Since 1987, the Ligue Nationale de Basket has governed the league. The bottom two placed teams from each season are relegated to the second tier level Pro B. 2017 NBA Summer League
The 2017 NBA Summer League consisted of three pro basketball leagues organized by the National Basketball Association (NBA): the Orlando Pro Summer League, Utah Jazz Summer League, and Las Vegas Summer League. Eight teams participated in the week-long Orlando Pro Summer League at Amway Center in Orlando, Florida, from July 1 to 6, 2017. Each team played five games over the course of the week, with a championship day being played on the final day of the league. Élan Sportif Chalonnais, commonly known as Élan Chalon, is a French professional basketball club that is based in Chalon-sur-Saône, France. The 2016–17 FIBA Europe Cup play-offs begin on 8 February and conclude on 19 and 26 April 2017, with the 2017 FIBA Europe Cup Finals, to decide the champions of the 2016–17 FIBA Europe Cup.
