Élan Chalon
Élan Sportif Chalonnais, commonly known as Élan Chalon, is a French professional basketball club that is based in Chalon-sur-Saône, France. The team's main colors are red and white, and their mascot is a moose. The team's home arena is called Le Colisée, which seats 4,540 spectators. Founded in 1955, the club has traditionally been playing in the Pro A. In 2012, the club captured its first domestic championship by winning the Pro A Final over Le Mans. In 2017, Élan won its second domestic title. The club has also been a regular in European competitions, as the team has been runners-up in three different FIBA competitions. The LNB Pro B, commonly known as Pro B, is the French basketball league system, 2nd-tier level men's professional basketball league in France. It is the second division of the Ligue Nationale de Basket (LNB), which has organized the league since the year 1987. Billy Yakuba Ouattara (born January 24, 1992, in Tepa, Ghana) is a Ghanaian-French professional basketball player for AS Monaco of the LNB Pro A and EuroLeague. Professional career Ouattara first began his professional career out in France with the Élan Chalon of the LNB Pro A in 2012 as a 20-year-old. He played with that team for two seasons before signing a one-year deal with the ASC Denain-Voltaire PH, who were a part of the LNB Pro B at that time. Moustapha Fall (born 23 February 1992) is a French professional basketball player for Olympiacos of the Greek Basket League and the EuroLeague. Standing at 2.18 m (7 ft 2 in), Fall plays at the center position. Professional career Fall played in the French League from 2011 to 2017. Steed Tchicamboud (born 18 June 1981) is a French former professional basketball player for who last played for SLUC Nancy Basket of the LNB Pro A. David Michineau (born June 6, 1994) is a French basketball player for Napoli Basket of the Lega Basket Serie A. The FIBA Europe Cup (FEC) is an annual professional club basketball competition organised by FIBA for eligible European clubs. It is FIBA's European-wide second level.
