Tech Gate Vienna
Tech Gate Vienna is a science and technology park in the City of Vienna, Austria, situated in the 22nd district Donaustadt. It was built between 1999 and 2005 following the plans from architects Wilhelm Holzbauer and Sepp Frank in an area called Donau City. Tech Gate Vienna consists of two buildings. The first, 26 meter high building was completed in 2001 and has 7 floors, with a total of 36,000 square meters of room. The second building was built from 2004 to 2005 and is 75 meters high with 18,000 square meters of room on 19 floors. Donaustadt
Donaustadt (; literally, Danube City; Central Bavarian: ''Donaustod'') is the 22nd district of Vienna, Austria (german: 22. Bezirk, Donaustadt). Wilhelm Holzbauer
Wilhelm Holzbauer (3 September 1930 – 15 June 2019) was an Austrian architect, noted as a "pragmatic" modernist. He was a student of Clemens Holzmeister at the Vienna University of Technology between 1950 and 1953. In 1956–57, he studied at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as a Fulbright Scholar. From 1977 to 1998, he was professor at the University of Applied Arts Vienna.Österreich-Lexikon

Donau City, or Vienna DC, is a new part of Vienna's 22nd District Donaustadt, next to both the Reichsbrücke and the left bank of the Danube's 21.1 km new channel, ''Neue Donau''. AIT Austrian Institute of Technology is Austria's largest Research and Technology Organization (RTO), employing about 1,300 people mostly based at the main facilities Vienna Tech Gate, Vienna TECHbase, Seibersdorf, Wiener Neustadt, Ranshofen and Graz. In June 2009 the name was changed from Austrian Research Centers (ARC) to AIT Austrian Institute of Technology GmbH. The VRVis Zentrum für Virtual Reality und Visualisierung (VRVis) is the largest independent research center in the area of Visual Computing in Austria, and one of the largest in Europe.
