Team Pedercini
Team Pedercini is an Italian motorcycle racing team competing in the Superbike World Championship using Kawasaki ZX-10R and in Supersport 300 World Championship with Kawasaki Ninja 400 motorcycles. History The team was founded in 1993 by Lucio Pedercini. Pedercini rode in the 500cc World Championship with a ROC-Yamaha until 1998, when he switched to World Superbike Championship. The team then extended its participation in the following years also to the Italian Championship and the FIM Superstock 1000 Championship. Pedercini raced with his team until 2006, when he retired from racing. The team used Ducati motorbikes until 2008, when they started using Kawasaki machinery. In 2014, the team competed in the World Superbike Championship with riders Alessandro Andreozzi and Luca Scassa. Marco Borciani (born 7 December 1975 in Desenzano del Garda) is a retired Italian motorcycle racer, now motorcycle racing team owner and manager. Career Borciani started racing in the Italian Sport Production Championship, gaining eighth place in 1994, and fourth in 1995. He then moved to the Italian Honda GP 125 championship in 1996, while still continuing with rounds of the Sport Production series. In 1997 he debuted in the European 125cc Championship, and took part in the final round of the 125 cc World Championship. Throughout the 1998 season he competed for the European 125 cc title against Marco Melandri, but after an accident and resultant damage to his hand, his season ended early with three rounds to complete. Roger Lee Hayden (born May 30, 1983) is an American professional motorcycle racer, the younger brother of both 2006 MotoGP World Champion Nicky Hayden and AMA Superbike Championship rider Tommy Hayden. Career In July 2007, Hayden made his MotoGP début as a wild card for Kawasaki at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. He piloted the Kawasaki ZX-RR to a tenth-place finish, scoring six points for Kawasaki Motors Racing. On September 16, 2007 at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca, Hayden clinched the AMA 600 Supersport championship after finishing runner-up twice during the and seasons. David Salom Fuentes (born 16 October 1984) is a Spanish professional motorcycle racer. He won the 2006 Spanish Supersport Championship. Luca Scassa (born 23 August 1983 in Arezzo) is an Italian motorcycle racer who is a Ducati Corse test rider. He previously competed in the MotoGP World Championship, the Superbike World Championship the Supersport World Championship, the AMA Superbike Championship and the British Superbike Championship.
