Talisay, officially the Municipality of Talisay ( tl, Bayan ng Talisay), is a 4th class municipality of the Philippines, municipality in the Philippine Province, province of Camarines Norte, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 27,244 people. The fertile soil, gentle topography (averaging about above sea-level) and suitable climate are the main reasons why agriculture is the economic backbone of the town.
