Tajdar-e-Haram
"Tajdar-e-Haram" () is a qawwali performed by the Pakistani musical group, Sabri Brothers and written by Mirza Muhammad Hakim, a 16th century Mughal prince and brother to Emperor Akbar. 1982 version In 1982, Sabri Brothers recorded this qawwali for Pakistani film Sahaaray. 2015 version In 2015, it was rendered by Atif Aslam, during Coke Studio season 8 episode 1. Sabri Brothers
The Sabri Brothers ( Punjabi, ) were a musical band from Pakistan who were performers of Sufi qawwali music and were closely connected to the Chishti Order. They are considered as one of the greatest Sufi qawwali singers of all times. The Sabri Brothers were led by Ghulam Farid Sabri and his brother Maqbool Ahmed Sabri. They are often referred to as ''Shahenshah-e-Qawwali'' (the King of Kings of qawwali) and are also known as ''the roving ambassadors of Pakistan''. The band was initially founded by Maqbool Ahmed Sabri at the age of 11 years and was known as Bacha Qawwal Party. His elder brother Ghulam Farid Sabri joined after insistence from their father. He became the leader of the group and the band soon became known as the Sabri Brothers. They were the first-ever qawwali artists to perform qawwali in United States and other Western countries; they were also the first-ever Asian artists to perform at New York's Carnegie Hall in 1975. ''Satyameva Jayate'' () is a 2018 Indian Hindi-language action thriller film written and directed by Milap Milan Zaveri. Produced and distributed by T-Series, the film marks the second collaboration between Abraham and Bajpayee, after ''Shootout at Wadala'' (2013). Principal photography for ''Satyameva Jayate'' began on 5 March 2018. It was released in global cinemas on 15 August 2018, coinciding with India's Independence Day. Coke Studio (Pakistani Season 8)
The eighth season of the Pakistani music television series ''Coke Studio'' premiered on 16 August 2015 and aired its finale on 4 October 2015. It aired a weekly episode every Sunday on various channels across Pakistan. The season was revived under the tagline of ''The Sound of Nation''. The debut producers of season 7, Strings duo and series regular producer Coca-Cola, continued their journey as producers in this season. Earlier, rumours were made that Rohail Hyatt would be back as a producer this season but he denied rumors saying "Just for the record, I'm not producing the next season of Coke Studio Pakistan (2015)....... Ghulam Farid Sabri
Ghulam Farid Sabri (1930 – 5 April 1994) was a qawwali singer and member of the Sabri Brothers, a qawwali group in Pakistan in the 1970s, 1980s and 1990s. The Sabri Brothers received the Pride of Performance award by the President of Pakistan in 1978. "Afreen Afreen" ( ) is a ghazal song written by Javed Akhtar and composed by Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan. It first featured on their collaborative album ''Sangam'' in 1996. Atif Aslam
Atif Aslam is a Pakistani playback singer, songwriter, composer, and actor. He has recorded many songs in both Pakistan and India, and is known for his vocal belting technique. Aslam predominantly sings in Urdu, but has also sung in Hindi, Punjabi, Bengali, and Pashto. Maqbool Ahmed Sabri
Maqbool Ahmed Sabri (12 October 1945 – 21 September 2011) was a Pakistani qawwali singer and a prominent member of the Sabri Brothers, one of the greatest qawwali groups of all times which belonged to Pakistan. Mirza Muhammad Hakim
Shahzada Mirza Muhammad Hakim (29 April 1553 – 10 October 1585), sometimes known simply as Mirza Hakim, was the third son of the Mughal emperor Humayun.
