Tai Hang Sai Estate
Tai Hang Sai Estate () is a private housing estate in Shek Kip Mei, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It is located between Shek Kip Mei Estate and Tai Hang Tung Estate, near MTR Shek Kip Mei station. It consists of 8 residential buildings which were built in 1965 and 1977 respectively. Although it is rental housing, it was developed by a privately owned company, unlike other public housing estates which are built and managed by either Hong Kong Housing Authority or Hong Kong Housing Society. A risk premium is a measure of excess return that is required by an individual to compensate being subjected to an increased level of risk. Private Housing Estates In Hong Kong
Private housing estate is a term used in Hong Kong for private mass housing – a housing estate developed by a private developer, as opposed to a public housing estate built by the Hong Kong Housing Authority or the Hong Kong Housing Society. It usually is characterised with a cluster of high-rise buildings, with its own market or shopping mall. Mei Foo Sun Chuen, built by Mobil, is the earliest (1965) and largest by number of blocks (99). Early real estate development in Hong Kong followed the urban street pattern: single blocks are packed along streets and most of them are managed independently, with quality varying from block to block. Private housing estates on the other hand provide integrated management throughout whole estate, attracting more affluent residents. 2019 Hong Kong Local Elections
The 2019 Hong Kong District Council elections were held on 24 November 2019 for all 18 District Councils of Hong Kong. 452 seats from all directly elected constituencies, out of the 479 seats in total, were contested. Tam Kwok-kiu
Tam Kwok-kiu, MH, JP (; born 13 September 1957) is a Hong Kong Association for Democracy and People's Livelihood (ADPL) politician in Hong Kong. He is the current member of the Sham Shui Po District Council, serving from 1985 to 2011 and again since 2016. He had also been chairman and vice-chairman of the council. Biography Tam was born in Hong Kong in 1957. He was educated at the La Salle College and graduated from the Hong Kong Baptist College in 1978 with a degree in Social Work. He joined Frederick Fung to work as a social worker in Sham Shui Po. In 1983, he helped Fung to get elected to the Urban Council. In the 1985 District Board elections, he was elected to the Sham Shui Po District Board.
