Swayamsiddha
''Swayamsiddha'' is a 2010 Oriya film directed by Sudhanshu Sahu with a screenplay and dialogue by Dilip Choudhury, produced by Prabhat Ranjan Mallik, and starring Siddhanta Mahapatra and Yukta Inderlal Mookhey. The film focuses on the implications for the young mass adopting to Maoist insurgency and their sustained alienation from the mainstream as a result. Geo-strategic importance of changing the minds of young people adopting terrorism through love and affection. The film traces the crisis from social trauma to unfair state system encouraging Mao-Naxal insurgency in Orissa. Yukta Inderlal Mookhey is an Indian civic activist and the winner of Miss World 1999. She is the fourth Indian woman to win Miss World and was previously crowned as Femina Miss India World in 1999. She is a former model and actress, and has worked in Hindi films. Early life Mookhey was born in Bangalore in a Sindhi family and was raised in Dubai until Mookhey was seven years of age. Siddhanta Mahapatra ( od, ସିଦ୍ଧାନ୍ତ ମହାପାତ୍ର; born 4 May 1966), known mononymously as Munna Bhai, is an Indian actor, television personality and politician who works predominantly in Odia films. Early and Personal Life Siddhanta was born to a Brahmin family in Brahmapur, Ganjam, Odisha. Career Acting His first lead role in an Odia film came in 1992 at the age of 26, in ''Shradhanjali''. Politics He joined Biju Janata Dal in 2009 and contested as MP from Berhampur constituency in the 2009 "15th Lok Sabha" election, which he won. Anita Das
Anita Das (1 October 1953 – 11 May 2018) was an Indian film and television actress in Odia cinema. She received three Odisha State Film Awards during her career. Das died of cardiac arrest which resulted from a heart attack on 11 May 2018 at the age of 64. Career Anita Das made her acting debut in 1975, in the Odia film, ''Jajabara'' where she played the lead role. She predominantly appeared in more than a hundred movies since then, mostly in supporting roles as a mother. She was quite popular for essaying the role of mother in most of her films after the 1980s. Das received the Odisha State Film Award (Best Actress) for her acting in the film, ''Tapasya'' in 1980 and also received the prestigious award again for her lead role in the 1983 film, ''Bhakta Salabeg''. Tapu Mishra
Tapu Mishra (Odia: ତପୁ ମିଶ୍ର; 11 January 1985 – 19 June 2021) was an Indian playback singer who worked mainly in the Ollywood industry. She sang in over 150 films including ''Mate Ta Love Helare'', '' Dream Girl'' and ''Love Dot Com''. Biography Mishra was born in Sambalpur, Odisha. She began singing at a young age, taking lessons with Prabhudatta Pradhan and Gyan Ranjan Mohapatra. She received a degree in music from Sambalpur University, and later studied at Gandharva Mahavidyalaya. Mishra made her debut as a playback singer in the Odia film ''Kula Nandan'' (1995), and went on to sing over 500 songs. Besides Odia, she sang in Bengali, Hindi, and other regional languages.
