Stefaan Deprez
Stefaan Deprez (born 22 June 1972) is a Belgian professional darts player who plays in the World Darts Federation (WDF) events. His best achievement so far has been an advance to the BDO World Trophy quarter-finals and the Dutch Open semi-finals. He has represented Belgium twice during the WDF World Cup and WDF Europe Cup tournaments. Career Deprez made his first participation in an international tournament in 2001 during Belgium Open. Despite achieving a good result, he decided not to develop darts and focused on his job. He returned to the international arena in 2006 during the Sunparks Masters and in 2008 he took part in the Spring Cup and the Antwerp Open. World Masters (darts)
The World Masters is one of the longest-running and most prestigious of the BDO/WDF tournaments, which began in 1974. The tournament is sponsored by darts board manufacturer, Winmau. The World Masters was unusual in darts in that its sets are the best of 3 legs (first to 2) rather than the standard best of 5 legs (first to 3). It was previously the final leg of the BDO's Grand Slam title of televised majors, along with the BDO World Darts Championship, International Darts League and World Darts Trophy, until the latter two tournaments were axed in 2008. The champion is referred to as the World Master. After the collapse of the British Darts Organisation in September 2020, the World Darts Federation announced plans to launch the WDF World Masters. Daniel Larsson (darts Player)
Daniel Larsson (born 9 June 1981) is a Swedish professional darts player. Career Larsson reached the semi final of the 2006 WDF Europe Cup, scoring wins over Tony O'Shea and Martin Phillips before losing to Niels de Ruiter. He then reached the final of the Sweden National Championship, losing to Alan Norris. On 4 December 2008 Larsson qualified for the 2009 BDO World Darts Championship, winning one of five spots. He defeated Steve Farmer in the earlier rounds and then beat Paul Gibbs and Stephen Bunting to qualify. He was drawn against O'Shea in the first round and lost 3–0. In 2018 Larsson competed on the PDC Nordic & Baltic Pro Tour, finishing in the top two to qualify for the 2019 PDC World Darts Championship. Brian Løkken (born 20 March 1975 from Glostrup) is a Danish professional darts player, currently playing in British Darts Organisation events. He has qualified for the 2019 BDO World Darts Championship. Career In 2017, Løkken won the Gibraltar Open. In 2018, he qualified for the 2019 BDO World Darts Championship as the Baltic/Scandinavian qualifier and played Krzysztof Kciuk of Poland in the preliminary round, but lost 3-1. The 2015 Winmau World Masters was a major tournament on the BDO/ WDF calendar for 2015. It took place from 8–11 October at the Hull City Hall, which hosted the stage element of the event for the fourth year. Men's Seeds The seedings were finalised on 31 August. Jeffrey De Graaf
Jeffrey de Graaf (born 21 November 1990) is a Dutch darts player. He has played in six World Championships (four BDO and two PDC) but has lost in the first round each time. He moved from the BDO to the PDC in 2016. Career BDO In 2012, De Graaf began playing the international circuit and won the 2012 Isle of Man Open and 2012 Romanian Open. He reached also the quarter-finals of the Zuiderduin Masters. De Graaf managed to qualify for the 2013 BDO World Championship, where he faced compatriot Jan Dekker in the first round. Jamie Hughes (darts Player)
Jamie Hughes (born 27 February 1986) is an English professional darts player. He competes for the Professional Darts Corporation. Career 2014–2015 Hughes broke out in 2014 by entering the world's top ten and reaching the final of the prestigious Winmau World Masters. He defeated Alan Norris 3–2 in the quarter-finals from 2–0 down, and Martin Adams 6–5 in the semi-finals from 5–2 down, also surviving ten match darts in the ninth set. Hughes was eventually beaten 7–3 by Martin Phillips having led 2–0 and thrown for the third set. In December of that year, Hughes won the prestigious Zuiderduin Masters on his first appearance at the event, surviving six match darts in the semi-final against Tony O'Shea before beating Gary Robson 5–0 in the final, losing only three legs in the whole match. Tony O'Shea
Tony O'Shea (born 9 May 1961) is an English professional darts player. His squat figure has resulted in the nickname "Silverback". O'Shea has reached the finals of seven British Darts Organisation (BDO) major darts tournaments, but to date has never won one. He also acts as a regular commentator for televised BDO coverage.
