Sky Crime is a British pay television channel owned and operated by Sky, a division of Comcast. The channel launched on 1 October 2019, replacing Real Lives. Blaze (British And Irish TV Channel)
Blaze is a free-to-air television channel owned by A&E Networks UK, a joint venture between A&E Networks and Sky Group. This channel allows UK A&E to use its programming for the complete "lifecycle". A+E Networks Italy launched its Blaze on Sky Italy on March 22, 2017. In Spain and Portugal, a version of Blaze channel was launched by AMC Networks International in joint-venture with A&E Networks to replace the A&E channel on 18 April 2018, but closed and replaced with AMC Break on 19 April 2022. Format and programming The channels' programming is a best of A&E shows Blaze was the first channel launched in the UK by A&E Networks that did not borrow its name from one of the company's U.S. channels. Real Lives was a British television channel owned by Sky, a division of Comcast. It used to be the sister channel of Sky Living. It was originally known as LIVINGtv2 from the channel's launch in 2004 till 2007, and then was known as Living2 from 2007 to 2009. On 1 October 2019, Real Lives closed down and was replaced by Sky Crime. History The channel mainly showed highlights of programming from the main channel, along with extended coverage of its reality programmes, such as '' I'm Famous and Frightened Extra!'' and '' Most Haunted Live''. 1080i (also known as Full HD or BT.709) is a combination of frame resolution and scan type. 1080i is used in high-definition television (HDTV) and high-definition video. The number "1080" refers to the number of horizontal lines on the screen. The "i" is an abbreviation for "interlaced"; this indicates that only the even lines, then the odd lines of each frame (each image called a video field) are drawn alternately, so that only half the number of actual image frames are used to produce video. Sky Witness is a British pay television channel owned and operated by Sky, a division of Comcast. The channel primarily broadcasts drama shows from the United States, aimed at the 18–45 age group. An Italian version of Sky Witness, named Sky Investigation, launched on 1 July 2021. History Sky Witness' history can be traced back to 1993 when UK Living began broadcasting on 1 September 1993.
