Siim Kabrits
Siim Kabrits (born 4 July 1979 in Tartu), is an Estonian politician and entrepreneur, and a former member of the Riigikogu. Kabrits graduated from Tõrva High School in 1997. In 2000 he graduated the Tallinn School of Economics and he got economic law profession. In 2007 he graduated from the University of Tartu Institute of Law with a Bachelor's degree. From 2007-2012 he was Member of the Supervisory Board of KredEx SA (Credit and Export Agency). Currently he is a member of the Supervisory Board at Gambling Tax Council and at the Environmental Investment Centre Kabrits is a member of the Pro Patria and Res Publica Union (IRL) from 14 May 1999. He was a council member of the IRL and the IRL's Tallinn city center department chairman. Tartu is the second largest city in Estonia after the Northern European country's political and financial capital, Tallinn. Tartu has a population of 91,407 (as of 2021). Isamaa is a Christian-democratic and national-conservative political party in Estonia. It was founded on 4 June 2006 under the name of "Pro Patria and Res Publica Union", by the merger of two conservative parties, Pro Patria Union and Res Publica Party. Up to the 2007 parliamentary elections, the party held 32 seats out of 101 in the Riigikogu and one of Estonia's six seats in the European Parliament. Helir-Valdor Seeder (born 7 September 1964) is an Estonian politician. He is a member of the parliament, current chairman of the Isamaa and served as Minister of Agriculture from 2007 to 2014. Seeder has a master's degree in economics from the Estonian University of Life Sciences. Before being elected to the parliament in 2003 he was Mayor of Viljandi from 1992 to 1993 and Governor of Viljandi County from 1993 to 2003.
