Sibel Can
Sibel Can (born Sibel Cangüre; 1 August 1970) is a Turkish folk pop and classical music singer. Sibel Can became a dancer at the age of 14 and later started her music career. She has been known as one of the most successful singers in Turkey. Early life Sibel Can was born in Karagümrük, Fatih, as the first child of Engin Cangüre and Emine Gül Sezer Cangüre. Her father was a Yugoslav immigrant and a violinist who accompanied many famous singers on their concerts. Her mother was from Mudanya. Career Career beginnings At the age of 14 she started her career as a belly dancer. She worked as both a belly dancer and a soloist with her father during their tours across Turkey. Can, who appeared in the clubs such as Galata Tower and Astorya, accepted Nükhet Duru and Fahrettin Arslan's offer to perform at Maksim Casino at the age of 17. Side is a city on the southern Mediterranean coast of Turkey. It includes the modern resort town and the ruins of the ancient city of Side, one of the best-known classical sites in the country. Emel Sayın
Emel Sayın (born 20 November 1945) is a Turkish singer and actress. Life She was born in Şarkışla district of Sivas Province on 20 November 1945, to an Albanian father who immigrated from Skopje, and a mother from Mardin. Her parents moved frequently and she had to attend primary and secondary schools in various cities such as Kayseri, Konya and Edirne. Finally she graduated from Teachers College of Çapa in Istanbul. The Bostancı Show Center ( tr, Bostancı Gösteri Merkezi) is a convention center located on the Mehmet Şevki Paşa Road in Bostancı, Kadıköy, opened in 1991. It hosts many events and concerts. Tarkan Tevetoğlu (; born 17 October 1972) is a Turkish singer-songwriter. Since the early 1990s, with the successful sales of his albums, he has been a prominent figure of pop music, recognized in Turkey and worldwide. Tarkan was born and raised in Alzey, Rhineland-Palatinate. In 1986, he moved to Turkey together with his family. ''Sabah'' is a Turkish daily newspaper, with a circulation of around 330,000 as of 2011. Its name means "morning" in Turkish. The newspaper was founded in İzmir by Dinç Bilgin on 22 April 1985. In 2007, the government of Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan seized the newspaper, citing a legal document that had not been disclosed to authorities when ''Sabah'' was sold in 2001.
