Scotty Klopfenstein
Scott Allen "Scotty" Klopfenstein is an American musician and a former member of the band Reel Big Fish. He sings and plays trumpet, guitar, and keyboard. Before joining Reel Big Fish, Klopfenstein played trumpet in Nuckle Brothers and trumpet and vocals in The Scholars. He briefly headed a side project called Pal with fellow former Scholars member Jesse Wilder, but then started The Littlest Man Band, which featured Dan Regan from Reel Big Fish, Vincent Walker from Suburban Legends, and three members of The Scholars. Reel Big Fish and The Littlest Man Band have performed at the same venues. In 2005, Klopfenstein moved to New York City to live with his fiancée. In September, he was diagnosed with Guillain–Barré syndrome while touring New Zealand with Reel Big Fish. Klopfenstein was hospitalized immediately, and sent home to New York to recover. Warped Tour
The Warped Tour was a traveling rock tour that toured the United States plus three or four stops in Canada annually each summer from 1995 until 2019. It was the largest traveling music festival in the United States and the longest-running touring music festival to date in North America. Following the first Warped Tour, the skateboard shoe manufacturer Vans became the tour’s main sponsor, when it then became known as the Vans Warped Tour. Vans toured Australia in 1998-2002 and again in 2013. Although Vans continued as main sponsor and lent its name to the festival, other sponsors also participated, with stages or other aspects of the festival being named after them on occasion. ''We're Not Happy 'til You're Not Happy'' is the fifth studio album by ska punk band, Reel Big Fish. It was released on April 5, 2005 on Mojo Records to mixed reviews. Background and production In February 2004, the band finished pre-production for their next album. Following this, they embarked on a tour of Europe, which lasted in March. In May 2004, they planned recording their next album. In June and July 2004, the band went on a North American tour, with Catch 22, Rx Bandits, Lucky Boys Confusion, Big D and the Kids Table. Recording ultimately began in September 2004; around this time trumpeter Tyler Jones left the band. ''Cheer Up!'' is the fourth studio album by American rock band Reel Big Fish. Released on June 25, 2002, the album was the band's first after the turn of the new millennium, following the release of 1998's ''Why Do They Rock So Hard?'' With the advent of the 2000s, and following the band's mainstream success during the third wave of ska, the marketability of and interest in ska waned; despite this, Reel Big Fish continued to tour successfully and maintain a significant fan base while recording ''Cheer Up!'' across a number of different recording studios in California. ''Turn the Radio Off'' is the second full-length album by ska punk band Reel Big Fish. It was released in the U.S. in 1996 on Mojo Records. The single "Sell Out" both received extensive radio airplay and had mainstream success during 1997. "Sell Out" also appeared on the soundtrack to the video games ''FIFA 2000'', '' Aggressive Inline'', and ''Disney's Extreme Skate Adventure''. KROQ air personality Jed the Fish appears on the album cover held at gunpoint by frontman Aaron Barrett's then-girlfriend. The album has been certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America. Reel Big Fish later released a song titled "Turn the Radio Off" on their album ''We're Not Happy 'Til You're Not Happy'', named after this album. ''GNV FLA'' is the seventh studio album by American rock band Less Than Jake, released on June 24, 2008 on their own label Sleep It Off Records. Following the poor reception to their sixth studio album ''In with the Out Crowd'' (2006), the band started writing material for its follow-up less than a year later. They set up Sleep It Off Records after leaving Sire Records and recorded their next album in March and April 2008. Guillain–Barré syndrome (GBS) is a rapid-onset muscle weakness caused by the immune system damaging the peripheral nervous system.
