Sülldorf () is a quarter in the Altona borough of the Free and Hanseatic city of Hamburg in northern Germany. In 2020 the population was 9,474. Geography In 2006 according to the statistical office of Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein, the quarter Sülldorf has a total area of 5.6 km2. The western border is to the quarter Rissen. In the East is the quarter Iserbrook and in the North is the state Schleswig-Holstein. The southern borderquarter is Blankenese. Demographics In 2006 in the quarter Sülldorf were living 8,980 people. Sülldorf Station
Sülldorf railway station in Hamburg, Germany, is located on the extended Altona-Blankenese line and is served by the trains of the Hamburg S-Bahn. The rapid transit trains of the line S1 of the Hamburg S-Bahn call the station in the Sülldorf quarter of the Altona borough in Hamburg. History When the steam railway line to Wedel was opened on 1 December 1883, also a station in the small farmer's village of Sülldorf was established. It was then also used for freight traffic and had 3 tracks. is a district in the borough of Altona within the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg in North Germany. In 2020 its population was 11,352. Iserbrook belongs to the Elbvororte (suburbs that are near the river Elbe). Geography According to the statistical office of Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein, the district of Iserbook has a total area of 2.7 km2. The western border connects to the district of Sülldorf. In the East is the district of Osdorf and to the North Iserbrook borders the state of Schleswig-Holstein and the town of Schenefeld. Hamburg S-Bahn
The Hamburg S-Bahn is a suburban commuter railway network in the Hamburg Metropolitan Region. Together, the S-Bahn, the Hamburg U-Bahn, the AKN railway and the regional railway form the backbone of railway public transport in the city and the surrounding area. The network has operated since 1907 as a commuter rail system, under the direction of the state railway, and is a member of the Hamburger Verkehrsverbund (HVV; Hamburg Transport Association). Altona, Hamburg
Altona (), also called Hamburg-Altona, is the westernmost urban borough (''Bezirk'') of the German city state of Hamburg, on the right bank of the Elbe river. From 1640 to 1864, Altona was under the administration of the Danish monarchy. Altona was an independent borough until 1937. In 2016 the population was 270,263. Rissen
Rissen () is a quarter of the city of Hamburg in Germany. It is located in the borough of Altona and is the westernmost quarter of Hamburg, bordering the German federal state of Schleswig-Holstein in the west, north, and northeast and the Elbe river to the south. In 2020, the population was 16,051. History Rissen was first officially mentioned in 1255, being named "Risne". For centuries, Rissen was a part of the County of Holstein-Pinneberg, which would have made it a part of the modern German state of Schleswig-Holstein. Blankenese () is a suburban quarter in the borough of Altona in the western part of Hamburg, Germany; until 1938 it was an independent municipality in Holstein. It is located on the right bank of the Elbe river. With a population of 13,637 as of 2020, today it is widely known as one of Hamburg's most affluent neighborhoods.
