Súper Estrella
Súper Estrella was a Honduran football club, based in Danlí, Honduras. The club played in the Honduran Liga Nacional for four seasons from 1989 to 1991. History Súper Estrella obtained promotion to Liga Nacional on December 1988 as winners of the 1988 Honduran Segunda División. They became the first team to represent El Paraíso Department in the top division where they played four consecutive years from 1989–90 to 1992–93. However, they didn't make a big impact. Danlí is a city and a municipality in Honduras. It is currently the fourth most populated municipality in Honduras, located approximately 92 kilometers southeast of Tegucigalpa, in the Honduran department of El Paraíso known for its production of cigars and corn (maize). The 1988 Honduran Segunda División was the 22nd season of the Honduran Segunda División. El Paraíso Department
El Paraíso () is one of the 18 departments ''(departamentos)'' into which Honduras is divided. The territory of El Paraíso was initially part of the departments of Tegucigalpa (renamed Francisco Morazán in 1943) and Olancho after Central America gained its independence in 1825. The department of El Paraíso was created with municipalities taken from the departments of Tegucigalpa and Olancho on 28 May 1869 by congressional decree in the third political division of Honduras, during the presidential term of José María Medina. Initially El Paraíso included the jurisdictions of Danlí, Yuscarán and Texiguat, along with the town of Guinope. Liga de Ascenso (Promotion League) is the second division of Honduran football; it was founded on 17 December 1979 as ''Segunda División'' (Second Division) and renamed ''Liga de Ascenso'' (Promotion League) on 21 July 2002.
