''Rebelde'' is the debut studio album by Mexican Latin pop vocal group RBD, released on November 30, 2004, in Mexico and on January 11, 2005, in the United States and the rest of Latin America. The album belongs to the pop and latin pop genres, with teen pop and pop rock stylings. The album was produced by Carlos Lara, Max di Carlo and Armando Ávila. The album is also the Brazilian version of RBD's Multi-Platinum Spanish language debut, ''Rebelde'' (2004). The album includes seven tracks recorded in Portuguese from their original Spanish-language versions, and four Spanish tracks taken from the original version of the album. ''Rebels'' is the first English-language studio album by Mexican pop group RBD, released on December 19, 2006. The album contains songs from the group's previous studio albums that were translated into English for the release, as well as new songs that were recorded exclusively for the album. ''Rebels'' falls into the genres of Latin pop and pop rock, with dance-pop and R&B stylings, which were new music styles for the group. To promote the album, only two official singles were released off the album. Anahí Giovanna Puente Portilla (born 14 May 1983), known mononymously as Anahí, is a Mexican actress and singer. In 1986, she started her acting career when she was cast on ''Chiquilladas''. Pedro Muñoz Romero (born 29 November 1952), known as Pedro Damián, is a Mexican actor, television producer and director, executive producer of popular teen telenovelas, ''Clase 406, Lola, Erase Una Vez, Mis XV,'' ''Rebelde, Like La Leyenda and RBD: La Familia, distributed'' within and outside Mexico.
