Sylvain Archambault (born March 6, 1963) is a Canadian film and television director from Quebec. He is most noted as director of the feature film '' Piché: The Landing of a Man (Piché, entre ciel et terre)'', which was the winner of the Billet d'or as the top-grossing Quebec film of the year at the 13th Jutra Awards in 2011. The Public Prize (french: Prix Public is an annual film award, presented by Québec Cinéma as part of its annual Prix Iris, to honour the most popular film of the year among film audiences in Quebec. First presented in 1999 as part of the Prix Jutra, the award was known as the Billet d'or ("Golden Ticket"), and was presented to the film that had been the most successful at the box office. The 13th Jutra Awards were held on March 13, 2011 to honour films made with the participation of the Quebec film industry in 2010.
