Steve Carfino
Steve Carfino (born August 28, 1962) is an American former basketball player, who played for the University of Iowa in college basketball and later in the Australian National Basketball League. After retiring he became a television commentator, focusing on basketball, occasionally covering other sports. He is the younger brother of former University of Southern California player Don Carfino. Basketball career High school Carfino attended St. John Bosco High School in Bellflower, California. He was a High School All-American selection. Public service Carfino is a patron of CBC (Cammeray Book Club) which helps in men's mental health awareness. Brett Maher (basketball)
Brett Steven Maher (born 17 April 1973) is an Australian retired professional basketball player. He played his entire seventeen-year career for his hometown Adelaide 36ers in the National Basketball League (NBL) from 1992 to 2009. Maher also represented Australia at the 1996, 2000 and 2004 Summer Olympic Games, as well as at the 1998 FIBA World Championship. Maher gained his highest international basketball honour when he captained the Boomers at the 2001 Goodwill Games in Brisbane. Andrew Gaze
Andrew Barry Casson Gaze (born 24 July 1965) is an Australian former professional basketball player and coach. He played 22 seasons in the National Basketball League (NBL) with the Melbourne Tigers from 1984 to 2005, winning the league's MVP award seven times and winning the scoring title 14 times. He also guided the Tigers to two NBL championships, in 1993 and 1997, and was named an All-NBL First Team member for a record 15 consecutive years. The Australian Basketball Hall of Fame was instituted by the National Basketball League (NBL) in 1998 as the ''NBL Hall of Fame'' as part of their 20th season celebrations.
