Stephen Kinsey
Stephen Kinsey (born December 15, 1958) is an American politician and Democratic Party member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, serving since 2013. Kinsey had served as the chief of staff to state Representative John Myers, who preceded Kinsey in office. Kinsey served as the chair of the Pennsylvania Legislative Black Caucus during the 2019-2020 legislative session. Kinsey grew up in Philadelphia, graduating from Germantown High School in 1976. He received his Bachelor of Science in Education from West Chester University in 1981 and his Master of Business Administration from Eastern University in 2002. John Lasarus Williams (29 October 1924 – 15 June 2004), known as John L, was a Welsh nationalist activist. Williams was born in Llangoed on Anglesey, but lived most of his life in nearby Llanfairpwllgwyngyll. In his youth, he was a keen footballer, and he also worked as a teacher. His activism started when he campaigned against the refusal of Brewer Spinks, an employer in Blaenau Ffestiniog, to permit his staff to speak Welsh.
