Stacey Bentley
Stacey Bentley (born 1956) was a registered nurse and former professional female bodybuilding, female bodybuilder of the late 1970s and early 1980s. Along with Claudia Wilbourn and Rachel McLish, Bentley was among the first role models of bodybuilding for women and the benefits that it can bring to them. She died on December 31, 2019. Biography Bentley was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where at a young age she was a very active, sports-oriented child. In her high school days she was a diver and later continued her education at Franconia College in New Hampshire. It was around 1975 that Bentley discovered weight training (which was an unusual interest for women at that time) and decided to train with the goal of achieving a healthy fit physique. Although she admired muscular, fit women, Bentley felt uncomfortable admitting that she weight trained to achieve her toned body. Henri Christophe Dickerson (August 25, 1939 – December 23, 2021) was an American professional bodybuilder. Early life Dickerson was born in Montgomery, Alabama, on August 25, 1939. He was the youngest of triplets. His mother, Mahala Ashley Dickerson, was a lawyer and civil rights advocate for women and minorities. He graduated high school at Olney Friends School in 1957. Bodybuilding career One of the world's most titled bodybuilders, Dickerson's competitive career spanned thirty years; he was known for both his heavily muscled, symmetrical physique and for his skills on the posing dais.
