Stabæk Holding
Euforum Holding AS is a Norwegian holding company. It was started as Stabæk Holding in December 2005 and formally registered (in the Brønnøysund Register Centre) in January 2006. It later took the name Euforum Holding. The company owned Stabæk Fotball until the football club was sold to investors in 2009, and owns the indoor venue Telenor Arena which was inaugurated in 2009, and hosted Norwegian Premier League football, concerts and events such as the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest. The main owner of the company itself is Kjell Christian Ulrichsen. Lars Holter-Sørensen was chair of the company until 2009, when Diderik Schnitler Diderik Børsting Schnitler (born 23 October 1946) is a Norwegian businessperson. Stabæk Fotball is a Norwegian professional football club based in Bærum, a suburb of Oslo. It is part of the multi-sport organization Stabæk IF. Founded in 1912, the club's name is an archaic spelling of the suburban area Stabekk, from which it once originated. Telenor Arena
Telenor Arena, sometimes referred to as Fornebu Arena, is a multi-purpose indoor arena located at Fornebu in Bærum, outside Oslo, Norway. It serves as a venue for a variety of events, including concerts, exhibitions, action shows, family shows, TV and sport. It has a capacity for 15,000 spectators for sports and 25,000 for concerts, including 40 luxury boxes and club seating for 1,200. The venue has a fixed roof and an asphalt floor. Kjell Christian Ulrichsen
Kjell Christian Ulrichsen (born 18 November 1944) is a Norwegian businessperson. Along with Erik Must, Ulrichsen established the stock broker Fondsfinans. The two later bought part of the publishing company Gyldendal Norsk Forlag. On 26 November 2008, he sold his shares to Must for NOK 350 per share, even though co-owner Trygve Hegnar, with whom they were in a conflict, had bid NOK 500. Diderik Schnitler
Diderik Børsting Schnitler (born 23 October 1946) is a Norwegian businessperson. He hails from Stabekk, and in his younger days he was the treasurer and an active tennis player for Stabekk TK. He graduated from the Norwegian Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1970. He was hired as an engineer in Jarlsø Støperi in 1974, and was chief executive from 1976 to 1983. He was the chief executive officer of Kaldnes from 1983 to 1986 and EB Anker Sønnak from 1986 to 1989. In the 1980s he was a board member of Larvik Jernstøperi, Vestfold Jernlager, EB Consultants and Scanmar and chair of Sandefjord Airport. He was elected leader of the Federation of Norwegian Manufacturing Industries in 1989. He left that position already in October 1989.
