Sledgehammer Games, Inc. is an American video game developer company formed in 2009 by Glen Schofield and Michael Condrey. The pair formerly worked at Visceral Games and are responsible for the creation of ''Dead Space (2008 video game), Dead Space''. The company is based in Foster City, California. The studio has developed or co-developed various video games in the ''Call of Duty'' series. ''GamesTM'' (styled as ''gamesTM'') was a UK-based, multi-format video games magazine, covering console, handheld, PC and Arcade games. The first issue was released in December 2002 and the magazine was still being published monthly in English and German up until the last edition was published on 1 November 2018. 31st Union is a video game development studio of 2K based in San Mateo, California, with a studio in Valencia, Spain.
