''The Wright Taste'' is a five-part BBC Wales documentary series that started in late October 2008. The title is a pun on the name of food critic and restaurateur Simon Wright, who featured in the series. Wright was a partner in the restauranY Polynin South West Wales. Y Polyn also features on cookery show '' The Hairy Bikers' Food Tour of Britain''. Simon Wright Simon Wright is a food writer, broadcaster and restaurateur who was formerly editor of the ''AA Restaurant Guide'' and was Restaurant Consultant for ''Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares''. ''The Hairy Bikers' Food Tour of Britain'' is a 2009 BBC television cookery programme which is presented by The Hairy Bikers: Dave Myers and Si King. The 30-part series, which aired weekdays at 17:15 on BBC Two in the United Kingdom began on 24 August 2009. In each show the Hairy Bikers visit a county of the United Kingdom, and learn about its food culture and heritage. One episode was postponed during its original run, due to the FIFA Women's World Cup Football Final. Each episode features a "taste-off" competition, pitting the Bikers against a renowned chef currently based in the county. Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares
''Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares'' is a television programme featuring British celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay first broadcast on Channel 4 in 2004. In each episode, Ramsay visits a failing restaurant and acts as a troubleshooter to help improve the establishment in just one week. Ramsay revisits the restaurant a few months later to see how business has fared in his absence. Episodes from series one and two have been re-edited with additional new material as ''Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares Revisited''; they featured Ramsay checking up on restaurants a year or more after he attended to them. An American adaptation of this show, titled ''Kitchen Nightmares'', debuted 19 September 2007 on Fox. Marcus Wareing (born 29 June 1970) is an English celebrity chef who is currently Chef-Owner of the one-Michelin-starred restaurant Marcus (formerly Marcus Wareing at the Berkeley) in Knightsbridge. Gomer Press (Welsh: ''Gwasg Gomer'') is a family printing (and formerly publishing) company based in Llandysul, west Wales. It was the largest publishing house in Wales. History The company was first established in 1892 and began as a general store and printer; it is owned by the same family to this day.
