Sharon Yaari
Sharon Yaari ( he, שרון יערי; born 1966) is an Israeli photographer. Biography Sharon Yaari is an Israeli photographer and educator, mostly known for his landscapes, made using traditional Photographic film, film photography technic. Yaari graduated with Bachelor of Fine Arts, BFA from Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in 1994. He received Master of Philosophy from Faculty of Art Design and Technology of Derby University in 2002. Sharon Yaari teaches in Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, serving as senior lecturer at the Photography Department from 1994 and senior lecturer of master's degree program from 2002. He is also a lecturer at the Art Department, Faculty of Humanities in Haifa University since 2000. Bezalel Academy Of Art And Design
Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design ( he, בצלאל, אקדמיה לאמנות ועיצוב) is a public college of design and art located in Jerusalem. Established in 1906 by Jewish painter and sculptor Boris Schatz, Bezalel is Israel's oldest institution of higher education and is considered the most prestigious art school in the country. It is named for the Biblical figure Bezalel, son of Uri ( he, בְּצַלְאֵל בֶּן־אוּרִי), who was appointed by Moses to oversee the design and construction of the Tabernacle (Exodus 35:30). The art created by Bezalel's students and professors in the early 1900s is considered the springboard for Israeli visual arts in the 20th century. The Negev Museum Of Art
The Negev Museum of Art is an art museum in the Old City of Be'er Sheva, Israel. The building is the former Governor's Mansion, built in 1906 by the Ottomans as part of government edifices that include the Seraya and the local mosque. Building The two-floor building is a typical Ottoman “konak” house: the home of a governor or some other dignitaries, in which official meeting and receptions are held. Its facade has a four arched portico. During World War I the building housed the Officer of the British Staff and in 1938 it became a Bedouin girls school.
