Setapak Central, previously known as KL Festival City, is a shopping mall located along Jalan Genting Klang in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is situated in Danau Kota, a township in Setapak. History KL Festival City was constructed on an land at a cost of RM 215 million by The Lion Group, Parkson Holdings (PHB) and opened its doors on 20 October 2011 with the grand opening held on 9 March 2012. The opening of KL Festival City also marks a new milestone for PHB with its entry into shopping mall management. Since then, it has become a new landmark at Jalan Genting Klang and popular spot amongst students and families from nearby colleges such as Tunku Abdul Rahman University College and neighbourhoods. In August 2014, PHB announced the disposal of KL Festival City for RM 349 million cash as the mall was deemed too small for Parkson's expansion plan to construct premium shopping malls with a net lettable area of 1 million sq ft. Kuala Lumpur Middle Ring Road 2
Kuala Lumpur Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2 or Kuala Lumpur Middle Ring Road 2 Scheme), Federal Route 28, is a ring road built by the Malaysian Public Works Department (JKR) to connect neighborhoods near the boundary of Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. Altogether, the of the entire system consists of Federal Route 28, Damansara–Puchong Expressway (from Sri Damansara Interchange to Sunway Interchange) and Shah Alam Expressway (from Sunway Interchange to Sri Petaling Interchange). However, the Kuala Lumpur Middle Ring Road 2 is generally referred to as Route 28 since Route 28 occupies about two-thirds of the system. Taman Melati LRT station is an elevated rapid transit station in northern Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, part of the Kelana Jaya Line (formerly known as PUTRA). Rapid Bus Sdn Bhd is the largest bus operator in Malaysia operating mainly in urban areas of Klang Valley, Penang & Kuantan. As of August 2022, Rapid KL service brands unit of Rapid Bus, has operates 112 normal routes and also 69 MRT Feeder Bus routes. Rapid Bus routes were previously operated by Intrakota Komposit Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of DRB-Hicom Berhad; and Cityliner Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Park May Berhad. The Genting Klang–Pahang Highway or officially Jalan Genting Klang and Jalan Pahang, as it is locally known (Federal Route 2), is a major highway in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Genting Klang–Pahang Highway connects a number of urban and residential areas like Titiwangsa, Sentul, Setapak, Taman P.Ramlee Wangsa Maju, Taman Bunga Raya, Taman Melati, Taman Permata, Hulu Kelang, Taman Melawati and Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman to the city. Duta–Ulu Klang Expressway (DUKE, E33), is the main expressway network in Klang Valley, Malaysia. The expressway connects New Klang Valley Expressway's Jalan Duta Interchange (E1) to Taman Hillview Interchange on Kuala Lumpur Middle Ring Road 2 28 in Ulu Klang. The expressway was constructed to provide the "missing link" between New Klang Valley Expressway (E1), Kuala Lumpur–Karak Expressway (E8), and Kuala Lumpur Middle Ring Road 2 (JKR28).
