Genting Klang–Pahang Highway
The Genting Klang–Pahang Highway or officially Jalan Genting Klang and Jalan Pahang, as it is locally known (Federal Route 2), is a major highway in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Genting Klang–Pahang Highway connects a number of urban and residential areas like Titiwangsa, Sentul, Setapak, Taman P.Ramlee Wangsa Maju, Taman Bunga Raya, Taman Melati, Taman Permata, Hulu Kelang, Taman Melawati and Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman to the city. Most locals do not consider it a highway as, unlike the other highways which are "closed" roads, Jalan Genting Klang is also a busy road with many commercial properties and condominiums, which are popular among students of Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman. The road is so named because it is the main gateway from downtown Kuala Lumpur to Pahang and the east coast. It is part of Federal Route . The 0 km-mark of the East Coast Expressway is also located here. History The highway was upgraded from single carriageway to dual carriageway in ...

Kuala Lumpur–Seremban Expressway
The Kuala Lumpur–Seremban Expressway is a main expressway in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This expressway links Kuala Lumpur in the north to Seremban, Negeri Sembilan in the south. Some maps label this highway as E2 as it links directly with the North–South Expressway Southern Route; however this appellation is not strictly correct as this particular stretch of road is not managed by PLUS Malaysia Berhad, but rather by ANIH Berhad (formerly known as Metramac Corporation (MetaCorp)). Consequently, the toll rate at Sungai Besi Toll Plaza had included an extra payment to cover the Kuala Lumpur–Seremban Expressway until 2018, when the toll was abolished. In 2007, the expressway was assigned its own route number of E37 together with Salak Expressway. Route background The Kilometre Zero of the expressway starts at the Razak Mansion Interchange while its southern terminus is right before the Sungai Besi toll plaza at the North–South Expressway Southern Route E2. Its final kilometr ...

East–West Link Expressway
The East–West Link Expressway, or Salak Expressway (Malay: ''Lebuhraya Hubungan Timur-Barat''), is an extension of Malaysia's Federal Highway from Seputeh to Taman Connaught in Cheras. It should not be confused with the East–West Highway route 4 that runs from Gerik in Perak to Jeli in Kelantan. This expressway is part of the Kuala Lumpur Southeast Dispersal Link Scheme. Some maps label the section of the expressway from Seputeh Interchange to Salak South Expressway as a part of the Federal Highway Route 2, but the appellation is incorrect as the East–West Link Expressway was acquired by ANIH Berhad (formerly known as Metramac Corporation Sdn Bhd (MetaCorp)) and not by the PLUS Malaysia Berhad which maintains most parts of the Federal Highway. In 2007, the expressway was coded as E37 with the Kuala Lumpur–Seremban Expressway. The Kilometre Zero is located at Seputeh Interchange. History The construction of the East–West Link Expressway started in 1993 and was comp ...

The Cheras Road toll plaza began operation from 1 September 1990. After being suspended a year later before reopening on 15 September 1991, toll charges reduced by 50 percent from the usual RM1. After many complaints and traffic jams, the toll plaza was abolished on 14 September 2003 and replaced by Taman Midah MRT station on 17 July 2017. Today, the highway is maintained by Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL). Due to the congestion that clogged the Cheras Highway, two projects were led by the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL). These included an underpass from the Cheras–Kajang Expressway to Taman Connaught and flyovers to Taman Len Seng and Alam Damai. It was opened on 14 April 2008. Other projects are Bulatan Cheras–Bandar Tun Razak roundabout underpass from Cheras Highway to Cheras Ro ...
