Seixal Futebol Clube is a Portuguese sports club from Seixal, in the Setúbal district. The club had a main football squad but it folded in 2007 due to financial reasons. It only currently maintains the junior divisions. The club's football divisions play there games at the Estádio do Bravo which holds a capacity of 5000. The club was founded in 1925, and its main section is rink hockey (playing at 3 Division, zone D). It is also a basketball and a futsal club. Seixal Municipality
Seixal () is a Portuguese city and municipality, located in the district of Setúbal, in the metropolitan area of Lisbon. Its population includes 184,269 inhabitants (2011), in an area of that includes six parishes. It is situated across the Tagus River estuary from Lisbon. Its seat is the city of Seixal, a centre of 31,600 inhabitants situated along the Rio Judeu. The present Mayor is Joaquim Santos, elected by the Unitary Democratic Coalition since September 2013. Rink Hockey
Roller hockey (in British English), rink hockey (in American English) or quad hockey is a team sport played on roller skates. It is the only quad skate team sport in existence where two teams face-off against one another at the same time. Two teams try to drive a hard ball with their sticks into the opposing teams' goalnet. Each team has five players on the rink at a time, four of whom are skaters and one who is the goalkeeper. The ball can only be put in motion by a stick, not the skate, otherwise a foul will be stated. The game has two 25-minute halves, with 15-minute halftime intermission, plus up to two 5-minute golden goal (a.k.a. The Terceira Divisão Portuguesa (in English: ''Portuguese Third Division'') was a football league in Portugal, situated at the fourth level of the Portuguese football league system. The Third Division was initially the third level of the Portuguese pyramid but with the creation of the Segunda Liga in 1990–91, it became the fourth level.
