Scott Holcomb
Michael Scott Holcomb (born November 2, 1972) is an American politician, attorney, and Army veteran. A member of the Democratic Party, he represents District 81 in the Georgia House of Representatives, which includes portions of DeKalb and Gwinnett counties. Education and law career Holcomb earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Connecticut, a J.D. from West Virginia University, an MBA from the University of Georgia, and a MPA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In 2004, Holcomb was selected for the prestigious Marshall Memorial Fellowship from the German Marshall Fund of the United States. An Ironman Triathlon is one of a series of long-distance triathlon races organized by the World Triathlon Corporation (WTC), consisting of a swim, a bicycle ride and a marathon run completed in that order, a total of .
