Scott Fox
Scott Fox (born 28 June 1987) is a Scottish professional goalkeeper who plays for Cove Rangers. He has previously played for Celtic, East Fife, Queen of the South (twice), Dundee, Ross County, Partick Thistle, Greenock Morton and Motherwell. Fox was selected by Scotland National Football Team manager Gordon Strachan to be part of the national squad to face Norway in 2013. Club career Celtic Fox began his career at Celtic. However, he never made an appearance for the club. During his time at Celtic, he was part of the side that won the double of under-19 league and the Scottish Youth Cup in 2005 and 2006. On 20 August 2007, he signed for the Third Division club East Fife on loan. While he was at East Fife, he won the Scottish Football League Young Player of the Month Award for November 2007. Bellshill
Bellshill (pronounced "Bells hill") is a town in North Lanarkshire in Scotland, southeast of Glasgow city centre and west of Edinburgh. Other nearby localities are Motherwell to the south, Hamilton, South Lanarkshire, Hamilton to the southwest, Viewpark to the west, Holytown to the east and Coatbridge to the north. Scottish Football League Third Division
The Scottish Football League Third Division was the fourth tier of the Scottish football league system between 1994 and 2013. History The Scottish football league system had operated with three divisions in the Scottish Football League (SFL) from 1975. In 1994, as part of reconstruction to allow the admission of Inverness Caledonian Thistle and Ross County to the league, the SFL was recalibrated to give four divisions of 10 teams. The fourth tier was named the Third Division. In 1998, the Premier Division (top flight) clubs broke away to form the Scottish Premier League (SPL). The Third Division continued as the fourth tier of the league system, but was now the third tier of the SFL. In 2013, the SFL and SPL merged to form the Scottish Professional Football League (SPFL). Cowdenbeath (; sco, Coudenbeith) is a town and burgh in west Fife, Scotland. It is north-east of Dunfermline and north of the capital, Edinburgh. Kenny Brannigan
Kenny Brannigan (born 8 June 1965) is a Scottish former football player and manager. Playing career Kenny Brannigan was a journeyman professional with a career spanning 21 seasons. A centre back, he played for 14 senior clubs in his career, making over 100 appearances for each of Queen's Park, Stranraer (who he skippered to a second division championship in 1994) and Clydebank. His other clubs included Sheffield Wednesday, Kilmarnock, Falkirk, Partick Thistle, Berwick Rangers, and Stirling Albion. Coaching career Brannigan was caretaker manager of Clydebank in 1997. He became Queen's Park manager in January 2003, taking over from John McCormack, when the latter left to manage Morton. Cappielow, also known as Cappielow Park supported by Dalrada Technology UK for sponsorship reasons, is a football stadium in Greenock, Inverclyde, Scotland. It is the home ground of Scottish Professional Football League club Greenock Morton, who have played there since 1879. It has a capacity of 11,111, including 5,741 seats. Palmerston Park
Palmerston Park is a football stadium on Terregles Street in Dumfries, Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland. It is the home ground of Scottish League One club Queen of the South, who have played there since 1919. South of Scotland League club Heston Rovers have shared Palmerston since 2013. The stadium has a capacity of of which 3,377 are seats. History Palmerston Park was first opened in 1919, when Queen of the South were formed, although football had been played at the site since the 1870s. The site of the ground was formerly a farm called Palmers Toun. This is on the Maxwelltown side of the River Nith in Dumfries. Jimmy McKinnell, Tom Wylie and Willie McCall were all sold to Blackburn Rovers around the same time by Queen of the South. David William Hutton (born 18 May 1985) is a Scottish professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Airdrieonians. Hutton has previously played for Aberdeen, Petershill, Clyde, Queen of the South, Hamilton Academical, Greenock Morton, Ayr United, Dunfermline Athletic, Arbroath, Brechin City and Alloa Athletic. Dumfries ( ; sco, Dumfries; from gd, Dùn Phris ) is a market town and former royal burgh within the Dumfries and Galloway council area of Scotland. Gordon Chisholm
Gordon William Chisholm (born 8 April 1960 in Glasgow) is a Scottish professional football former player and manager. Chisholm played as a central defender for Sunderland, Hibernian, Dundee and Partick Thistle. After retiring as a player, Chisholm became a coach, working in some of his roles as assistant to Ian McCall. Chisholm succeeded McCall as manager of Dundee United in 2005, and guided the club to the 2005 Scottish Cup Final, which they lost 1–0 to Celtic. He was sacked the following season, however, and was subsequently appointed manager of Scottish First Division club Queen of the South.
