Sarah Anne Stratigakis (born March 7, 1999) is a Canadian Association football, soccer player who plays as a midfielder for Vittsjö GIK in the Damallsvenskan and the Canada women's national soccer team, Canada national team. Early life Stratigakis was eight years old when she started playing soccer. She played youth soccer with Woodbridge Strikers and Unionville Milliken SC. College career In 2017, she began attending the University of Michigan, where she played for the Michigan Wolverines women's soccer, women's soccer team. She made her debut on August 17, scoring 7 minutes and 16 seconds into her debut in a 2-0 victory over the Washington Huskies women's soccer, Washington Huskies. The league began play in 2014 and is sanctioned by the Canadian Soccer Association and the Ontario Soccer Association as a pro-am league in the Canadian soccer league system. Michigan Wolverines
The Michigan Wolverines comprise 29 varsity sports teams at the University of Michigan. These teams compete in the NCAA's Division I and in the Big Ten Conference in all sports except women's water polo, which competes in the NCAA inter-divisional Collegiate Water Polo Association. Team colors are maize and blue, though these are different shades of "maize" and "blue" from those used by the university at large. The winged helmet is a recognized icon of Michigan Athletics.
