Gogol Bordello
Gogol Bordello is an American punk rock band from the Lower East Side of Manhattan, formed in 1999 by musicians from all over the world and known for theatrical stage shows and persistent touring. Much of the band's sound is inspired by Romani music mixed with punk and dub, incorporating accordion and violin (and on some albums, saxophone). The band has appeared in several popular films, most notably ''Everything Is Illuminated'' (2005) in which lead singer Eugene Hütz co-starred with Elijah Wood in a dramedy/adventure story about the Nazi purges in Ukraine. Filippo Uttinacci (born 12 September 1997), professionally known as Fulminacci, is an Italian singer-songwriter. In April 2019, he debuted with the studio album '' La vita veramente'', which was awarded the Targa Tenco for Best Debut Album. He also won the prize for Artist of the Year at the Rockol Awards 2019. After performing in several Italian music festivals, he enlarged his popularity in 2021, competing for the first time in the Sanremo Music Festival with the song "Santa Marinella".
