Sanremo Music Festival 2021
The Sanremo Music Festival 2021 ( it, 71º Festival della Canzone Italiana di Sanremo 2021) was the 71st edition of the annual Sanremo Music Festival, a television song contest held in the Teatro Ariston of Sanremo, organised and broadcast by RAI. The show was held between 2 and 6 March 2021. The show was presented by Amadeus, who also served as the artistic director for the competition. Fiorello returned as co-host after appearing as a regular guest in the previous edition. Format The 2021 edition of the Sanremo Music Festival took place at the Teatro Ariston in Sanremo, organized by the Italian public broadcaster RAI. The artistic director and the presenter for the competition was Amadeus, for the second consecutive year. Amedeo Umberto Rita Sebastiani (born 4 September 1962), known professionally as Amadeus, is an Italian television and radio presenter. Dargen D'Amico
Jacopo D'Amico, (born November 29, 1980), known professionally by his stage name Dargen D'Amico, is an Italian singer, rapper, songwriter, record producer and disc jockey. He started his career in 1997, as member of the rap group "Sacre Scuole", with Gué Pequeno and Jake La Furia. In 2001, after releasing their first album (''3 MC's al Cubo''), the group disbanded due to quarrels between him and Jake La Furia. After the experience with "Sacre Scuole", Dargen D'Amico went on a solo career by releasing in 2006 the debut album "Musica senza musicisti", published by Giada Mesi, an independent record label he founded. Federico Leonardo Lucia (born 15 October 1989), known professionally as Fedez (), is an Italian rapper, singer, songwriter, social media personality and businessman. Luca Barbarossa (born 15 April 1961, Rome) is an Italian singer-songwriter who has released 12 albums since 1981, and is known for his participation in the 1988 Eurovision Song Contest. Early career In 1980, Barbarossa won the Castrocaro Music Festival, where he was spotted by a producer for the Fonit-Cetra record company, who signed him to a recording contract.
