A number of prominent flautists, such as Walter Auer of the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, Julien Beaudiment of the Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra, John Curran of the Rhode Island Philharmonic Orchestra, and Young-ji Song of the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra, play Sankyo flutes.
