San Juan Nepomuceno, Paraguay
San Juan Nepomuceno is a city and district in the Paraguayan department of Caazapá. It has the largest urban conglomeration of the department. Location It lies 249 km southeast of the national capital city, Asuncion, at the terminus of the Blas Garay highway. Blas Garay is a spur of the national highway Number 8 and forks at a crossroads near the town of ÑumÃ. This district is located in the east of the department and shares borders with six districts of Caazapá (clockwise: N: General Higinio MorÃnigo, AbaÃ; E: TavaÃ; S: Yuty; W: Buena Vista, Caazapá) and one of the Itapúa ( Alto Verá). Population According to the 2002 Census this district has the largest urban area of Caazapá with 6937 inhabitants in its urban conglomeration. Caazapá Department
Caazapá () is a department in Paraguay. The capital is the city of Caazapá. Among Paraguayans, the department is well known for its orange and mandarin trees, and for its forest hills. The eastern part of Caazapá is relatively undeveloped and consists of rolling hills and large swaths of Brazilian Atlantic interior rainforest between the San Rafael mountains to the south and the Ybytyruzú mountains to the north. The western part is an area of low-lying marshes and swampland area, and consists of wetlands and tributaries to eastern Paraguay's largest river, the Tebicuary. Many indigenous groups make their home in what remains of the rainforest, especially south of the unpaved highway between San Juan Nepomuceno and TavaÃ. Ñumà (GuaranÃ: ''Ñumi'') is a district of the Guairá Department, Paraguay. Is located to the south of the city of Villarrica, the capital of the department, and to the east of the San Salvador district. Is connected to both by wide roads. Caazapá () is a city in Paraguay, founded in 1607, by Friar Luis de Bolaños. It is located in the Caazapá District and is the capital of the Caazapá Department. The name Caazapá comes from the Guarani words "Ka'aguy jehasapa" which means "after the forest", because the natives believed that after the forest, God, with the attendance of Friar Luis de Bolaños, has made born water from the Earth.
