The Samrat Ashok Convention Centre is a convention centre on North Gandhi Maidan Marg, Patna, Bihar with an estimated budget of 490 crore. The foundation stone of the centre was laid by Nitish Kumar, the chief minister of Bihar on 8 February 2014. Nitish Kumar (born 1 March 1951) is an Indian politician, who is serving as Chief Minister of Bihar since 22 February 2015, having previous held the office from 2005 to 2014 and for a short period in 2000. Sabhyata Dwar
The Sabhyata Dwar or Civilization Gate is a sandstone arch monument located on the banks on River Ganga in the city of Patna in the Indian state of Bihar. The Sabhyata Dwar is built with a Mauryan-style architecture with a purpose to show the ancient glory of Pataliputra and traditions and culture of the state of Bihar.
